We recommended using our complimentary nail file to file down the edges of the press-on nails for a better fit on your natural nail bed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to hygiene reason, we recommend you to correctly measure your nails before purchasing.

This may due to several reasons:
You may have FLATTER NAIL BEDS. Our press-on nails are naturally curved with a slightly 'C' shape and will feel tighter on flatter nail beds. The simple fix is to run the nail under hot water or a blow dryer , the gently press them onto a flat surface to flatten then out, so they will fit better on your natural nails.
Alternatively, you may selected a press-on nail SHAPE THAT IS UNSUITBALE for your natural nail shape. For example, selecting an extra short nail style may no provide you with enough nail coverage if you have longer and wider a nail beds.
TIP: Before purchasing, measure the length of your natural nails to ensure they are shorter than the press-on nails. The length information for press-on nails can be found in each product's description.

Cut the sticky tab into a small piece and apply it on where the gap is before putting the Press-On nail on. Apply the Press-On nail at 45-degree angle and push to the cuticle, press firmly for at least 10 sec. Maintaining even pressure cross the entire surface.

Double-check a few details just to ensure everything is working as it should:
1. Was the UV light fully charged before use?
2. Did you select the correct size UV sticky tabs for each nail?
3. When applying the press-ons, did you apply even and good pressure to ensure the press-ons, UV sticky tabs, and your natural nails adhered properly?
4. How long did you cure them under the UV light? We recommend 2 minutes per finger for light-coloured nails, and 3-4 minutes per finger for dark-coloured nails or those with jewels. It’s also helpful to cure both from above and underneath the nail to ensure a strong hold.
